Visions of futures past on 8mm film. Alex (Limbic Cinema) has spent the past decade scouring junk shops and house clearances across the country, assembling a library of old 8mm film. He’ll be live-projecting them over each other, scratching, melting and otherwise contorting, to produce a surreal improvised memory landscape from the days when 8mm film was the height of home cinema technology. And who knows, you might see your granddad’s summer holidays peeking out at you from the screen!
